Vibratome Roto-Shake Genie

The Vibratome Roto-Shake Genie is an all-in-one rotator/rocker with a multi-action platform. It performs five different mixing motions: rotating, rocking/shaking, rotating/rocking, rolling/rocking and rotating/rolling, as well as a combination of all these actions. To achieve the desired action or combination of actions, the position of the mounting plate is varied on the magnetic platform.

Rocker II

The Rocker II performs gel staining and destaining, northern southern & western blots, mixes test tubes and rocks agglutination cards.

• Adjustable tilt angle of 0 to 20º
• Speed adjustable from 3 to 25 rpm
• Accepts a wide variety of flasks plates and tubes with no need for tools
• Operating range of 4 to 65 ºC

Jitterbug Microplate Shaker

The Jitterbug Microplate Shaker accomodates two standard microplates or strip trays. Temperature, shaking speed and mixing duration can each be independently set.

Orbitron Platform Mixers

The Orbitron I and II Platform Mixers are ideal for gentle, low-foaming agitation in immunoassays, hybridisations, blood chemistry, staining and similar applications.

• Orbitron I has a fixed speed and position platform (20 /min at a 23º angle)
• Accepts many different sized tubes simultaneously
• Operating range of 4 to 65 ºC
• Orbitron II has a variable speed (6 to 23 /min) and a variable tilt (0 to 23º)
• Accepts a wide variety of flasks plates and tubes with no need for tools

Microplate Replicator

This Microplate Replicator has stainless steel pins for durability and ease of maintenance. The handle stays cool during repeated flame sterilisations. Ideal for transferring small volumes of innoculum from plates to other plates or solid supports.

Amphibian Hybridiser

The Amphibian Hybridiser uses existing baths or incubators for hybridisation procedures.

• Fits most baths with a capacity of 6 litres or more
• Holds four 225 x 35 mm diameter bottles, or eight 100 x 35 mm bottles
• Ideal for thawing up to 24 cryotubes in a water bath
• Rotates at 3 to 11 rpm
• Usable at up to 75 ºC
