Our Website
Our website is intended to look neat, with a header at the top, vertical menu bar on the right, footer at the bottom, and the content. If the Site Menu is not on the right, you may need a browser upgrade. Here's a page that gives suitable links).
BUT (you say) ... my browser works fine with any other site - why do you have to make yours difficult?
We apologise if we're making life difficult for you, but we've simply fallen in with a growing band of web authors who are writing pages to conform to current web standards. We've used some simple techniques (to do with style sheets) that avoid problems with frames, or Java, or other fancy gizmos. Yes, it's a terrible thing to do ... the web standards that we are using have only been around since 1996!
For more information on this style of web authoring, you might start with A List Apart. If you have any comments on our interpretation of web design, feel free to tell us.
